Osteopathy:
Osteopathy is an established, recognised system of diagnosis and treatment that lays its' main emphasis on the structural integrity of the body. Osteopathy uses many conventional medical diagnostic procedures. The Osteopath looks at the whole body not just the symptoms, therefore a variety of manipulative techniques are used to treat the body; muscle & connective tissue stretching, mobilisation of joints or 'click' techniques to improve range of movement of a joint, we also prescribe Orthotics (moulded shoe inserts) for foot and gait problems. We treat most sports & repetitive strain injuries. You are never too old or young to be treated. If in doubt call us and we can discuss your suitability for Osteopathic treatment.

Acupuncture:
When stimulating specific acupuncture points, which are related to different organs in the body, these points do not necessarily have to be close to the organ that I am treating or the problems you are experiencing. For example, although you may suffer from headaches, needles may be inserted in your foot or hand.
