  Bodypump:  
 
A resistance based class involving weight training and aerobic conditioning using a barbell set to music. It works all muscle groups.
 
  Legs, bums and tums:

Cardioblast:
Aerobics with high intensity intervals, a great cardiovascular class.
Spin:
Cycling to music, one of the best calorie burners. Fantastic cardio workout!
Circuits:
Gain endurance and strength training with this circuit training class.
Boxacise:
A circuit training class with boxing moves.
Turbokick:
A kickboxing class that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sport drills in a party atmosphere.
Pilates / Fitness Pilates:

A class focussing on core stability, flexibility and posture.

Yoga:
A class that uses breathing and postures to increase strength and flexibility. Great for releasing physical and mental tension.
Fighting Fit:
This class includes a mixture of eastern and western exercises.
Cardio Step:
A step class with interval training.
Bodytone:
A pure conditioning class for all those problem areas.
Zumba Fitness:
Exciting unique latino moves and international rhythm for all levels of fitness. The carnival workout, Zumba is for everyone, you walk in, dance out!
Combat:
A class that combines different self-defence moves to give you an energetic cardio workout.
